A 17-year-old male has been arrested over a shooting that left a 14-year-old girl with life-altering injuries last week.

The shooting, which police at the time said may have been accidental, took place while a group of young people were gathered inside an apartment unit at 25 Stong Court, in the Jane and Finch area. It’s not clear what the youths were doing in the wee hours of the morning on Feb. 12.
