While the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose a challenge, there is good news: vaccines are getting into arms, and with that, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Currently, the Provincial government is administering, on average, over 100,000 vaccines daily across Ontario. As a result, key priority groups have been, and will continue to be, vaccinated: front-line health-care workers, long-term care residents, senior citizens, and now education staff, essential workers, and those aged 18-plus in COVID-19 “hot spots.” This includes postal codes M9R, M9V and M9W here in North Etobicoke.

It is important to highlight that the rollout of vaccines will be dependent on a steady and reliable supply of vaccines received from the Federal government.
