Police have charged an East York man, Jesse Wong, 43, with fraud and possession of a forgery device as a number of US citizens were duped into buying fake COVID-19 test kits. A call from US Homeland Security on Wednesday to Toronto cops triggered a raid Thursday near Cosburn and Pape Aves. American authorities seized a parcel containing 25 fraudulent COVID-19 testing kits.
